Call to Order: The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Timbers Water & Sanitation District was called to order by President Dr. Krall on October 14, 2020 at 5:35 pm, noting a quorum was present.
New Business: Budget 2021 Proposal: Dr. Krall proposed the 2021 Budget to the Board. He reviewed the basics of the budget but postponed all discussion until the regular October meeting on October 19th.
With business concluded and upon motion duly and unanimously approved, it was
RESOLVED to adjourn the regular meeting the Timbers Water & Sanitation
District Board of Directors at 5:39 pm, this 14th day of October 2020.
