Call to Order: The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Timbers Water & Sanitation District was called to order by President Lomas on December 27, 2023, at 3:01 pm, noting a quorum was present.
Old Business Budget 2024 – Mrs. O’Halloran presented the final Budget after the valuations have been received from the assessors office. Mr. Ioffredo made a motion to approve the Resolution to Adopt the 2024 Budget and the Resolutions for the Mill Levies on the Sewer and Water Subdistrict. Mr. Osteen seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
2024 Projects –EDU review – Ms. Sherman suggested the Board go ahead and charge Ed Hoffman for two EDUS since he has two kitchens. She suggested going slow as the Board changes EDU assessment for everyone in the District. Ms. Sherman suggested the Board hire someone to do a rate analysis to protect the District completely during this change. She suggested each District member fill out a form that gathers all the criteria needed to reassess EDUs if necessary. The change in rates could come directly from that form. The bylawas will have to be changed if the Board decides to charge by use in addition to EDUs.
With business concluded and upon motion duly and unanimously approved, it was

at 3:25 pm, this 27th day of December 2023.
