NOTICE OF BUDGET AND PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RATE INCREASE

Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Timbers Water and Sanitation District for the ensuing year of 2027 on October 12, 2026, at 6:00 pm; a copy of such proposed budget has been filed with the District Manager, where it is open for public inspection. The proposed budget will be considered for adoption at the regular board meeting of the Timbers Water and Sanitation District held remotely on December 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Pursuant to §32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., notice is also hereby given that, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to consider fixing or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water and/or sewer services. Public comment will be received at that time.

Any interested elector of the Timbers Water and Sanitation District may inspect the proposed budget, review the proposed rate changes, and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget or the rate schedule.
