Call to Order: The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Timbers Water & Sanitation District was called to order on February 13, 2023 at 6:00 pm, noting a quorum was present.
Consent Agenda: The Board reviewed the Regular Meeting minutes and financial statements from January 2023 meeting and the open invoices to be paid. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved, it was
RESOLVED to approve the consent agenda.
Transfer Funds: $5000 request granted
