Call to Order: The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Timbers Water & Sanitation District was called to order on April 12, 2021 at 7:58 pm, noting a quorum was present.
Consent Agenda: The Board reviewed the Regular Meeting minutes and financial statements from March 2021 meeting and the open invoices to be paid. Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved, it was
RESOLVED to approve the consent agenda.
Transfer Funds: $5000 transfer granted.
