Call to Order: The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Timbers Water & Sanitation District was called to order by President Dr. Krall on July 25, 2019 at 5:36 pm, noting a quorum was present.
Old Business: None
New Business: Approval of the CDC Contract – Dr. Krall made a motion to approve the CDC Wastewater Treatment Plant Contract Amendment 2 with the provisions that expenditures on the services described as “Collection System Abandonment/Lagoon Site Reclamation Construction Documents and Bid Services (2019-2020)” be subject to approval by the Board. Ms. Lightfoot seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
With business concluded and upon motion duly and unanimously approved, it was
RESOLVED to adjourn the special meeting the Timbers Water & Sanitation District Board of Directors at 5:48 pm, this 25th day of July 2019.
