NOTICE OF MANHOLE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
October 3 – November 12, 2018
RESIDENTS:
The Timbers Water and Sanitation District is beginning a Manhole Replacement Project on October 3. This project is part of Phase I of the Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Project will involve removal and replacement of Several Manholes on Sky Valley drive from Buckingham Place to the first switchback down the hill.
TIMELINE:
October 3 through November 12
EXPECTED DELAYS:
Roadways may be one lane during the day
ADDITIONAL CONCERNS:
A porta-potty will be placed near the work site daily and travel as work progresses. Supplies will be stored in designated areas.
